Curiosity and connection are driving emotions of the place... Common sense is challenged. You are allowed to suspend reality to fully engage with it. Interests are explored. You are free to be a part of whichever ones you choose. The teacher is there, but more to help you develop your interest rather than feeding you information. There are no exams, but things you build and make, questions you ask to challenge and discuss with others in the process. Your cohort is hopefully from all over. We are all allowed to bring our anxieties, and our individual neurosis’ to help us make us find meaning in them (or not). What is the passage of time in such a place, I wonder ? Maybe it is measured by the strength of the connection we feel with the place, or our with our own growth? I don’t know. But it is a nice thought.
